Remember to keep lit candles away from any drafts and flammable objects. Only burn your candle on a heat resistant surface. Do not burn your candle for more than four hours at a time.
Children and Infants
Never leave a candle unattended, especially around children. Children are naturally curious and our candle jars can get very hot, especially after extended use.
Animal & Pet Safety
Please note that some of our candles contain essential oils and that not all essential oils are safe for animals. Please do your own research before buying and using around your favourite furry friends. For example, exotic birds are extremely sensitive to scent.
Trim your wick
The secret to a long lasting and clean burning candle is wick maintenance. But sure to trim your wick to 1/4" after every use. We suggest investing in a pair of wick trimmer for easy candle care.
When to Stop Using
Remember to never burn a candle for more than four at a time. Exceeding four hours in one sitting can cause damage to the vessel. Discontinue use of candle when there is only 1/2" of wax remaining. Never extinguish the flame with water or your fingers.
Things You Should Know
If you live in a cold environment and receive a candle in the mail, please allow it to warm up back to room temperature before using. The quick change from hot to cold can cause the vessel to break.
